Why 16?

One of the issues many adolescent teens face is finding where they belong in physical activities. At this age, there can be a wide and varied range of heights, weights & strengths.


We allow (optionally, after discussion with instructors) our students at this point to train as a part of the adult classes to experience a more intense training session with a wider range of body types and without risk of smaller children present.


Under 16's training at adult classes will partake in the same exercises, activities & techniques where appropriate.
